Legal Question in Business Law in India
income tax
i am doing a semi govt job. i also have a retail drug license in my name and running a medical store. this business is looked after by my brother . can i file an income tax return for this business also if yes then how ?.
or can my brother file the income tax return for this business in his name.
i am not sure if it is illegal to have a drugs licence and doing business and a job simultaneously. pls guide
