I am from india and i want to start my company (based on web development or online business ).
can i start it by using www.companiesmadesimple.com ?
if not then why and how can i do this ?

The website mentioned by you seems to be some private venture, they can just assist you with company incorporation. No need to get into all that... the nature of your business is a DOT Com Company. For any incorporation of a company you need to fill in with Registrar of Companies. go to www.mca.gov.in.
