Indian contract act
Sir,our company wants to get signed an agreement with us, that,in case of our service cessation(from any side) we will not undertake a job of similar nature in any other company for next 12 months.
Is it fair in view of LAW(INDIAN CONRACT ACT)?

No, it is not at all binding. Such contract even if signed will be void, and it will not be enforcable agaist you.

it is valid and invalid also.
depends on case to case. 12 months is anyway harsh and should not be enforceable.
