Job work agreement of Textile looms
how would I make a agreement of terms and conditions of my own company in a format as I want to give my work on job to other factory as predetermined terms and conditions, so please suggest me some samples of help me

agreements depends on the rules & regulations and by laws to be agreed by both the parties to the agreement so the details you have given are incomplete.Kindly give all the details like parties names and all other details to my mail [email protected]

agreements are not made like this. even if i give you the formats, you will not be able to make a good agreement as even if i give you building material and map, you will not be able to make up a building.
its a professional expertise and spend some money in ur interest.
even if u are rigid then take care that mention the date of agreement and when it has to expire.
