Legal Question in Business Law in India
my name is Joseph . i am working in a government office . i had decided to sell a bike to my friend and gave the letter to my peon to post it. but he forgot to post it and did it after 7 days .my friend send me letter saying that he is willing to buy the same . meanwhile i had sold my bike to my neighbor . does my friend have any legal remedies against me.??
