You are the judge. Decide the following with reasons:
1. Sameer admitted his only infant son in a private nursing home. As a result of strong dose of medicine administered by the nursing attendant, the child became mentally retarded. Sameer wants to make a compliant under the Consumer Protection Act seeking relief by way of compensation on the ground that there was deficiency in service by the nursing home. Does his complaint give rise to
a consumer dispute? How is the consumer in this case will solve the problem.
2. The Memorandum and Articles of a company were delivered to the Registrar for registration on 8th March 2006. On 10th March, 2006 the Registrar issued a certificate of incorporation and dates it 8th March 2006. On 8th March 2006 before the certificate was issued, the company allotted shares to Vikas. Is the allotment valid?
