thejewellery of her neighbour. Thereafter, Kamna and Abhay were
married in 2005, in the year 2007, criminai proceodings wore institutort
against Kamna in respect of the theft of jewellery. Abhay is called to give
evidence In the case. Decide whether Abhay can disclose the
communication made to him by Kamna.
