Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am lady owner of Massage Parlour (Spa) in bangalore karntaka. I came to know that recently Madras High Court has held that massage by opposite sex not illegal. I would like to know this ruling is applicable to all State or not so that I can run my spa business peacefully.

this is applicable only in Chennai and when the same is affirmed by Supreme Court, it can be made applicable all over India. in case the SC has granted stay against he high court ruling, the same is not applicable even in Chennai.
