laws relating to dishonour of cheques in india
what kind of legal action can i take against a person who had issued me a post-dated cheque ,but has bounced due to insufficient fund in his bank account ?

you can file criminal complaint u/s 138 of NIA.
you can file civil suit for recovery u/o 37 CPC
some other solutions depends on case to case.
