Can I lodge complain against Tata AIG LIfe at kolkata High court?
Being an agent of tata aig life insurance company operating from Kolkata i find breach of contract in respect of the signed agreement. Can I lodge complain against it at Kolkata High Court. please reply me at the earliest because it's very urgent to me

you can certainly file case against breach of contract , if and if only there is any breach of contract. you can file civil as well as criminal cases against them.
if the monetary jurisdiction is of high court then its ok otherwise you should file it at district courts.
