Legal Question in Business Law in India
We are manufacturing "POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE" for Industrial Use. Whether mentioning the Expiry/Shelf life is required as per Packaging regulation under Legal Metrology Act, 2009. Please suggest. Kindly also suggest under with rule Expiry/Shelf life provisions mentioned in Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rule, 2011.

If it is a perishable product and becomes unusable after certain time, then according to the act the expiry date has to be affixed on the package.
