Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am MD of the pvt ltd company, we got first project B2B contract from limited company for contruction of a building, we invested some money and started the work and we hired machinary and brought cement,steel,other materials for credit and issued many cheques,after 2 months of work the limited company not paid the payment and terminated our contract due to not submitting PBG. Finaly our company liable to pay the dues, work done payment also not received from limited company,from day 1 I was looking all work progress and issued the cheques. now cheques are bounced and facing probs other directors are not there in the company now all are vanished. only MD I am in trouble, kindly sugest me what to do? I have no money. Even not able to fight legally with limited company. They are big company in India

You need to get in touch with a lawyer in India to resolve your problems.

We are sure that provided you have all transaction on paper, contract copy, work done, etc you will surely get your money.

YOu may show us the documents and tell us the total amount to be recovered.
