Legal Question in Business Law in India
What is meant by summary civil suit? I wish to recovery my terminal dues from a company from where I resigned. The dues cover salary, bonus and other non-taxable cash allowances.
I went for the winding up petition but HC has ruled that respondent company deposits the amount admitted as deposit with HC and petitioner to go for civil suit for recvery of remaining amount. As civil suit can drag on for many years, some one suggested summary civil suit.
