Regarding compensation for loss incurred due to breach of contract , for which do we have to show material fact to the person because of whom the loss has incurred .This is between a A and B both are construction companies.Where A had awarded sub contract to B and due to problem created by A , due to which B has suffered a great loss in time and money.So again do we have to show evidence for the loss incurred like vouchers, bills, etc.
