A company called jeevanseva infotech pvt ltd (Hyderabad India based)is into mlm with Reliance general Insurance ltd and Birla sun Life insurance products. Is the company adopted mlm is legal in india?

There are rules and regulations governing such business. It may be presumed that the company is doing business as per rules.

Firstly,If the company you mentioned is in joint venture in mlm business with the other companies as in your question is valid if there are memoranda of undersatnding among all the companies you mentioned in your question as a joint venture or agent and principal,etc.for doing mlm business.Such documents must have been submitted in the ROC so that the business becomes valid.Secondly is the first company you mentioned in your question is registered or permitted by ROC for doing mlm business or not,if yes then its a valid and legal company.
