Legal Question in Business Law in India
M/s A has operated a business under the name of 'X' and in the mean time M/s 'A' has changed its name to B. M/s B has taken over part of the assets and liabilities of the "X". Now the question is whether M/s B can be considered as the legal successor of M/s "X"?
