Legal Question in Business Law in India
I HAD NET DATA CARD OF RELIANCE FOR 2 YRS. THE CLAIMED SPEED OF 3.2 MBPS WAS NOT GIVEN ( ONLY UPTO 256 KBPS I GOT). I Made compalint many times but invain.i stopped paying bills now relaince asking @3000 rs ( of rs 800 unpaid bills) they filed case at delhi ( insted of my residence address of mumbai) can i transfer case to mumbai how can i nail reliance for not providing claimed services and harrasing me
