Legal Question in Business Law in India
I wish to offer offshore software development unit for multiple US clients. While signing offshore development contract with each US/Non US client should I sign the contract which mention that every arbiteration will be under the law of US federal law?
Note: The software development work will happen in India and US client will only pay for services and not for offshore unit setup in INDIA.
Kindly Advice!!!

in case the unit is set up in india then how can the arbitration be done in US.
