Online posting Liability again
So you are saying that if a website like orkut, post any statement or report(about the company) uploaded by any person, orkut and the person posting is legally liable ???

Well yes if they are posting without any consent they are legally liable ofcourse provided that company is registered and has got its own terms and conditions and privacy policy specifies AND as far orkut is concerned its a big community network and an open access so trace the culprit can be a hard job here in India. Now lets come to the point are you owning an company which is been posted on orkut?
