Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have paid 5000 as advance for purchaing a plot and got a receipt from the real estate company. but I have not signed any agreement on the condition that if some persons of our group buy the plots then only i shall enter the contract. the company is telling that the deposit amount shall not be refunded as that amount was spent as travelling expenses etc. now what is the course of action to get refund?
