partnership act of india,sec. 33 about explusion of partner
one of our patner not signing the partnership deed made dueto retirement of one partner and death of partner.heis also not attend any of meeting.Can we Expell him from our partnership.Please note that there is no clause of expulsion of partner in our partnership deed.

If your said partner is not signing the partnership deed,how can he be a partner?
