Partnership
My father died and we 2 brothers were minor to handle our business.During this time our cousins took over the firm as good will partners , but on turning 18 they did not hand us over our share .Now as we are disolving the firm are we liable to pay them good will or can ask for the share of profit they got during the time we we werent included in the firm as partners ??

What the terms of your partnership deed states is important.You can contact personally if possible with deed and other documents if any. Consultancy chgs Rs100/- per hour.
