Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have a Partnership firm with 4 other partners each holding 20% each. 2 of the partners constituting 40% have colluded and entered into a Rental agreement with a 3rd party without the knowledge and consent of the other 3 partners.
Please advise as to what are the legal options available if any against the partners and the Tennant

You can file a suit for breach of contract and demand compensation/ damages.
Consult a lawyyer .
