Two partnership firms amalgamation from back date i.E one or two years back
Law Guru we are havning two parntership firms called ''A'' and ''B'' . with their saperate balance sheets. Our problem is that we want to show ''B'' companies job works and performances in ''A'' company so that we can GRAB big tenders in the market by combining the ''B'' company job work in ''A''as one and the same at this stage. how this can be possible. How an agreement can be made between two companies so that we can take full advantage of ''A'' company, from the back period atleast one or two years. what procedure can be adobted that ''B'' company can be attached to ''A'' In all legal aspects .
please advise the procedure.
