One of my party has been a defaulter in paying us and hi scheques have bounced.i want to know wen can i file a case and wot is the procedure and documents required?

Hi,
When a cheque is bounced , one needs to send written legal notice within 15 days demanding the money in another 15 days , failing which the case u/s 138 N. I Act be filed within 30 days from the last day of time mentioned in legal notice.
The case / complaint is filed before the magistrate ,
