Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am planning to launch a website to provide free technical support/ assistance to U.S. customers and would also like to accept donations online from U.S.
My organisation/ group is not registered as Business or NGO neither in India nor in U.S.A.
So is it legal to accept the online donations if I do not have anything registered and what are the procedures I should follow to do it the legal way?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may obtain a licence to run an NGO in India and thereafter accept online donations in the name of the registered NGO.
