Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am planning to put up my own event organizing business. The main risk I am worried about is someone from the crowd filing a case saying he paid this much money and dint enjoy the show. As a sole propretership, it will solely affect me, what can be done to avoid this and if it happens what will be the consequences faced?
