Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am planning to start a adult shop in chennai (India) and my question is, whether sex toys can be sold in India or not?if 'yes' under what act it can be done or if not under what act it has been banned?please respond to my question.(According to my research it says selling sex toys are banned in India under the act of IPC 292 ,but the article which i read was issued in 2008) I have to know what is the current status for this..?

According to my knowlege the statu is the same, even today. You cant sell them in India.
