Legal Question in Business Law in India
if i have given a post dated cheque to somebody and before its due date i inform him by registered letter that the cheque will not be encashed and so he should not present it for encashment. Now if he present it for encashment and the cheque is bounced, will i be liable under 138 NIA?

Yes, if the liability survives, you are required to make the payment.
