Legal Question in Business Law in India
We have private company with 4 partners. Under this same company can we do business with separate interestes with diff. partners. How company Law protect others as per Indian company Act 1956. thanks Raja

company law would not protect rather its the violation of company law. you cannot do partnership under the same company. dissolve the company and run a partnership firm instead.
