Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi. I am a psychologist practicing in India. Mine is a growing practice and so I wish to decide on a business entity. Can a psychologist convert the practice to a private limited company. In my case I am the chief psychologist with four others assisting my practice. In such a scenario and with increasing clients what would be the ideal entity for me?
