Q.1. If we want to register partnership firm and if all partners are family members, then is it legal partnership firm ?
Q.2. Is it legal if firm's address is given our residential address ?

all the family members need to be major and competent to contract. how can residential address be given as it is not allowed to run a business at residential premises.
