Querry

Regarding compensation for loss incurred due to breach of contract , for which do we have to show material fact to the person because of whom the loss has incurred .This is between a A and B both are construction companies.Where A had awarded sub contract to B and due to problem created by A , due to which B has suffered a great loss in time and money.So again do we have to show evidence for the loss incurred like vouchers, bills, etc.

yes you have to show all papers to claim compensation.

there are lot more things to claim compensation which can not be discussed here. so meet in person
