Is QuestNet or Gold Quest company legal in India?

I want to know if company called QuestNet or Gold Quest is registered in India and are its operations legal.

They sell gold coins and luxury watches through referal marketing. They pay hefty commisions to its members for new recruits who have to buy any product from them to become the member of the chain. Each product costs around Rs30,000.

Under whats Acts of Indian Law this company is either legal or illegal.If every thing about this company's operations are legal, then i am planning to join this.

Please give me the requested details.

i dont suggest you to join it. about its registration ask the company itself or u can search the internet or the department where they say that they have registered themselves
