can i rent someone on my rented shop?
i have a textile shop on rent can i rent my rentet space. Is it legal to take deposit and rent someone on already rented space

Dear Sir / Madam,
All depends on the terms and conditions of your present rental agreement. Usually, all rental agreements prohibit sub-letting of the shop to any other third party. If that condition is stipulated in your rental agreement, it is illegal to sublet the shop to another party.

Subletting is not permitted; unless your contract of tenancy permits you to do so. If you do it; landlord can seek your eviction as well as your sub-tenants.
