Legal Question in Business Law in India

Request clarifications on a few points please.

1) If the "Website Sales Agreement" is to be executed by both seller and buyer signing the agreement, how can this be executed practically if the buyer and seller are from different countries, faced with geographical and time constraints?

2) Along with "Website Sales Agreement" should "Domain Name Sales Agreement" or "Domain Name Assignment" or both be necessarily included in a website sale process?

3) "Domain Name Sales Agreement" and "Domain Name Assignment", which one protects the buyer or seller, or is it for both?

4) Is there any other agreement which must be included during a website sale?

1) they can be done discuss the deal , make a agreement send a copy to them if its ok by them than they can send u the signed copy.... u can use various mode of transactions...

2) yes both wuld be included

3) domain agrrement and assignment both are different from each other .... any how a well executed agreement will protect u in any case...
