Legal Question in Business Law in India
One of the requirement of the Corporation in the NIB/Bid document is that the bidder shall have to give the information of pending cases of litigation, but there is no provision for debarring a bidder from participation or cancellation of the bids in case there are any pending cases of litigation. One of the bidder has given as many as nine numbers of pending litigation, can the said bidder be debarred from participation?
