Legal Question in Business Law in India
respected rajiv ji,sanjay ji,anirudh ji samay dene k liye dhanyawad.mere pas baki 3 sal k liye diye gaye cheque hain jo 2012,2013,aur 2014 k liye pre signed cheque hain jo agriment k sath rakhe hain,is halat me bhi case nahi dal sakte kya?

jaise hi cheque bounce hoga, uske ek mahine ke andar 138 ka legal notice nikalna padega. notice ke milne ke 45 days ke andar complaint file ki ja sakti hai.
