Retaining and withholding of our amount by East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar
Continued to previous mail.

The concerned railway department knowingly, maliciously as well as abusing the sprit of the agreement which is contrary to the law of this land offering a clause only to debar our rights to get payment which is as follows.� The Railway can deduct any amount form any security deposited as well as from any bill to that extent of Risk & Cost amount incurred by the department from the contractor against this or any other contract or otherwise�. This type of clause is full of holes & gaps and bears no resistance when the content of our subject agreement is quite different and vice-versa. We entrepreneurs are rationally, logically and effectively bound to be allured by the clear cut notion of the agreement providing us lucrative benefit avoiding the factors of losses. Why will we consider and entertain any clause detrimental to our interest and paradoxical form your side. We are an entrepreneur having the establish and needed characteristics of entrepreneurship.
