Regarding the rights over property.

If a house has been purchased in

the name of the company for which

there are 4partners, and the

person who signed the document

at time of purchase is one among

the 4partner, do any one partner

has the right to ask for his/her part

in that house?

First of all assuming that its not a company but a partnership firm which contains 4 partners.If the person/partner who signed at the time of registration of the property in the firm's name must have been the managing partner,who with the consent of all the partners must have acted on behalf of all,this is what I undersatnd out of your query.If the partner who is asking for his share must be given his share according to his profit and Loss ratio mentioned in the partnership deed.

Naturally, all the partners will have equal right in the property if it was purchased in the name of the company owned by four persons. Only one signatory would execute the documents but he does not become exclusive owner.

Yes, in case of partnership and where the property has been purchased from he funds of the partnership in that case all the partners will have share in the property based on the profit and loss sharing ratio of the partners.
