Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have been running a partnership business for last 21 years.But it was found that one of my partner was looting money without any limit.still he is not admitting his mistake.Now my firm is in a great loss.I want to avoid him from this partnership deal with worthfull compensation.Please help me to handle this issue.

You may file a case of cheating against your partner providing all the evidences you have thereto with the Registrar of Partnership Firms in Alappuza and thereafter pursue dissolution of the partnership firm.
