Legal Question in Business Law in India
hi ,
I am running a software concern.It is a partnership firm(2 partner).Intially we invested 2 laks and we got 4 lakhs loan and now we have 2 lakhs debit outside ...And i am the managing partner and now partner want to leave from the concern , how I need settle.
