Legal Question in Business Law in India
Salary heads for one working under sole proprietor
I am in the process of starting a sole proprietorship in India. I have a doubt. Can a sole proprietor divide the salaries to people working under him into various heads like Basic, HRA, Medical, LTA etc. If yes, then will the tax implications of this on the workers be the same as in private and public limited companies?
