section 138- blank cheques issued to bank as security
Sir, I had taken a bank loan. At the time the loan was taken i have given 10 blank signed cheques as security to the loan and also opened one saving account in the same bank. Now my account has turned into NPA and the bank has used the blank cheques against me by filling in the amount of loan.The cheque as was blank, the bank has filled in the amount and written the account number as my saving account no. in the same bank. the cq is bounced and the bank has filed a suit U/s 138 of NI Act.
