Legal Question in Business Law in India
Please tell... i wish to sell detergent powder ( washing powder), i am not a manufacturer, I am planning to take bulk powder (non branded, as it is available in market in 100 kgs pack) from the wholesale markets and pack it by my own in smaller quantities and sell it door to door. So in this case i can write on packaging that it is marketed by my company. Is it mandatory to write the manufacturer also as i dont know who the manufacturer is of that powder. So plz tell what should i write on packaging.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You become the retail distributor of "Shaan" detergent powder and it is mandatory to affix labels or print your Company name and full address on each and every pouch as the retail distributor. Get your accounts set up on Tally-9 and get started.
