Legal Question in Business Law in India
can i send a legal notice to Hungarian Embassy?
I have opened up a company in Hungary and I need to visit there to open a bank account which is impossible without my presence according to Hungarian law so I can keep a deposit of 2000 Euro as neede by law
I have submitted the registration of the company with the government and Chamber of commerce to the embassy which they are saying are not reliable documents.

No you cannot sue the Hungray Embassy as Hungray Embasssy is Hungray(country) in India and all the embassies have immunity under the law to be sued .You have to follow the Hungray laws and not the Indian laws.
Well in this case, you have to present your case properly before the hungarian embassy. After such representation it is important to take every thing on record ( tell us if it is already there). You need to show us the rejection letter issued by the embassy to opine you further.
Regards
as suggested by Mr. Jeevesh, the first step is to approach the embassy with your grievances.
