Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have a shop which i have taken on lease and i am planning to take a franchise for trading in textile goods..Iam planning to do a franchise agreement ..i would like to know if it is compulsory to register the same..Is it supposed to be on 100 stamp paper..i am located at mumbai..thank you
