Legal Question in Business Law in India

sir i am authorised dealer of electrical company . we are associated with this company since 30 years. this company used our business premises as it's local office . all sales tax & income tax registration had been made on our own business premises by this company . company had also made my father director in one of it's firm, because of which we had to face income tax raid . we are also harrassed by sales tax officials as company has given our address & not settling cases . sir no compensation has been paid by the company on account of our services . company has now been taken over by a foreign company & we have received nothing till date . we have issued a letter for compensation of rs1crore . no reply received from the company till date

It is surprising that for 30 years you kept silent despite receiving no payment for your place, services etc.. Please provide full details for an answer.

despite the fact that you have sent letters to the company to provide compensation to you to the tune of Rs. 1 crore, and they are not replying, you have an option to file a civil suit for recovery and in case you have the documents whereby the company admitted its liability towards you, your case would become stronger.
