hi sir this is lawrence from karnataka INDIA,i have applied for private security regulation certificate to start my own private security agency in karnateaka,now they are telling that you are not eligible for the certificate,
because now a days 498 case is proceeding on me in JMFC court bangalore karnataka,
So advice me what is the legal way to get that certificate waiting for your advice
