DIN is an unique identification number alloted to a person who is or who intends to be the director of any company. Mere havign DIN does not designate any person as a director of the company. So to be liabile for any assets or liabilities of the company, you have to be specifically appionted as a director of the Company, unless you are on record of the company as director, you cannot be made liable for any assets or liabilities of company.
